Craig Aldous - New Business & Contracts Manager

Craig joined Stratton Flooring in June 2009.

Craig has lots of experience in sales and business development, in his sales career he has been working with some big clients including Archant Ltd, Conquest Business Media and many more.

Paul Worley - Managing Director

Paul started his career in the flooring industry when he was 16 years old.

Paul's first employer was Trevor Mytton ( Myttons Flooring)

After building up the experience he needed he decided to set up his own flooring company, and in 1995 he started Stratton Flooring, with the drive and the passion Paul had for Stratton flooring it became one of the leading flooring companies within Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire, The company has grown year by year, and has worked with some of the major construction companies both locally and nationally.
